Parson

A parson was a member of the clergy, especially a Protestant pastor or Anglican priest, who was in charge of a parish.

In the novel Horatio Hornblower, Napoléon Bonaparte was referred to by the parson of Smallbridge as the Corsican tyrant. (DS9: "The Visitor")
