Paraplegic

A paraplegic was an individual who had become paralyzed.

In 2368, while debating a paralyzed Worf's right to commit ritual suicide, aka the Hegh'bat, Doctor Beverly Crusher noted that paraplegics could still enjoy a meaningful life despite their limitations. (TNG: "Ethics")
