Paranormal ability

A paranormal ability was any ability that defied current scientific explanation.

According to Neelix, Drakian Forest dwellers were a tribe that possessed paranormal abilities. (VOY: "Time and Again")

Several abilities shown to exist in the Star Trek universe are currently firmly classified as paranormal. These include telepathy, extrasensory perception, psychokinesis and precognition.
