Palmitate

Palmitate was an antioxidant and a vitamin A compound added to fatless milk to replace the vitamins lost through the removal of milk fat.

In 2370, palmitate was part of a "herbal beverage" that Quark attempted to drug Doctor Julian Bashir with, in an attempt to fix a racquetball match between Bashir and Miles O'Brien. (DS9: "Rivals")
