Pair Match was a tabletop electronic game typically found on the tables in Ten Forward aboard the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Ensign Ro", et al.)

A crewmember played the game in Ten Forward in 2366. (TNG: "The Vengeance Factor")

In 2368, a Pair Match game was played in the waiting room near Sickbay by Deanna Troi and Alexander Rozhenko while waiting for Worf to undergo his spinal column replacement surgery. (TNG: "Ethics")

In 2370, a couple, sitting behind Troi and Worf were playing the game in Ten Forward when the crew was affected by Barclay's Protomorphosis Syndrome. (TNG: "Genesis")

Background information

Pair Match is a real game originally produced and marketed in 1984 by Bandai for the Japanese market. The game played like an audio version of Concentration – you need to match pairs of sound effects hidden behind squares on the display.

It was not specifically identified in "Ethics" script, which only mentioned that Alexander was "halfheartedly playing with some game".
