Pad thai

Pad thai was a recipe from Thailand, made with rice noodles.

In the 2250s, a menu of Earth foods in the mess hall aboard the USS Discovery listed pad thai with either chicken or beef. This food item was packaged in a large dinner pack, which was available from 17:00 to 25:00 hours. (DIS: "Despite Yourself")
