Pacific Crest Trail

The Pacific Crest Trail was a long-distance trail in the western United States on Earth, passing through Washington, Oregon, and California.

When the USS Discovery was almost destroyed traversing the galactic barrier in 3190, Lieutenant Commander Gen Rhys told his crewmates that he planned to hike the Pacific Crest Trail after their mission was concluded. (DIS: "The Galactic Barrier")
