P. Bryce was an engineer who was involved with the construction of the USS Enterprise-D.

He wrote the Construction Logs - Field Stress Compensators. These logs were stored in the Subspace Warp Field Overview, a folder in the Engineering Systems Database, of the Enterprise. (TNG: "Booby Trap", okudagram)
