Overwork

Overwork was a condition that occurred when someone worked too much, too long, or beyond their capacity.

In 2268, Doctor Leonard McCoy prescribed rest to Lieutenant Commander Spock after he diagnosed him with exhaustion, brought on by overwork and guilt. (TOS: "The Paradise Syndrome")
