Outburst

An outburst was a sudden and somewhat aggressive and/or emotional speech.

In 2381, Ensign Brad Boimler was sentenced to the brig for his outburst on Tulgana IV, though Commander Jack Ransom expressed approval of Boimler standing up for Starfleet in the process. (LD: "Reflections")
