Ophiucus VI
Ophiucus VI was the inhabited sixth planet in the Ophiucus system. This planet was located in the Beta Quadrant and was approximately 19 light years from Sol.
In the mid-23rd century, Harry Mudd visited Ophiucus VI, where he conned two miners out of a year's supply of dilithium crystals using fake Federation vouchers. (TAS: "Mudd's Passion")

Background information
This planet was only mentioned in dialogue.
This planet's quadrant of origin was inferred based on the position of its star system as seen in the star chart appearing in the Star Trek: Picard episode "Maps and Legends".
The current location of Ophiucus VI in the Beta Quadrant was based on the most recent star charts seen in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and Star Trek: Section 31.
Ophiucus VI was an early name for the planet which became Ophiucus III. As such, Ophiucus VI was repeatedly referred to in the final draft script of TOS: "Mudd's Women". In the novelization of "Mudd's Passion" (as published in Star Trek Log 3), Harry Mudd referred to this planet as a "charming frontier world."
