Ondar Tarlow (born 6 May 1971; age 54) is a former actor who appeared as a sciences officer aboard the USS Voyager in several first season episodes of Star Trek: Voyager. In addition, he worked as second unit hand double for Robert Picardo on the pilot episode, "Caretaker". Tarlow received no credit for his appearances but was identified by the call sheets of the episodes.

Tarlow earned his BA in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. He worked as director for marketing and biz development for New World International and in the marketing department of Fannie Mae in the 1990s. In the 2000s, he worked as director of marketing and music talent for Vogue Planet, as director of marketing a eBusiness for Indymac Bank, and as vice president and head of marketing & PR for First Team Real Estate. More recently, he worked as senior vice president and director of marketing/PR for Impact Mortgage Corp. and Citizens Business Bank. Since 2016, he has been working as chief marketing officer for the Pacific Premier Bank in Irvine, California.
