Omicron Pascal was a star system that was located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant.

In 2364, an unexpected situation occurred at Omicron Pascal, requiring the involvement of the USS Enterprise-D. While the incident proved minor, it delayed the Enterprise's arrival at Starbase 74 by a week. (TNG: "11001001")
