Officer review

An officer review or performance review was a Federation Starfleet report by a commanding officer in regards to an assessment of their officers. Details may have included behavior, personality traits, and recommendations for promotion.

In 2401, Captain Liam Shaw of the USS Titan-A filed an officer review of his first officer Commander Seven of Nine that contributed to her promotion to captain. (PIC: "The Last Generation")
