Occupying force

An occupying force was any body or group that maintained unfair or unreasonable control over another during a military occupation.

In 2374, Weyoun 5 stated that he found Jake Sisko's articles to be biased, as he consistently referred to the Dominion as Deep Space 9's "occupying force". (DS9: "A Time to Stand")
