Nuisance

A nuisance was someone who would constantly annoy or pester anyone and could cause trouble.

In 2269, during the captain's log, the crew's rescue effort had given them the presence of Cyrano Jones, intergalactic trader and general nuisance. (TAS: "More Tribbles, More Troubles")
