Norwin Bostwick is an actor who appeared as an alien protestor in the Star Trek: Voyager first season episode "Time and Again" for which he filmed his scenes on location at Tillman Water Reclamation Plant on Tuesday 8 November 1994. He received no credit for his appearance but was identified by the call sheet of the episode. His costume from the episode was later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1](X)

Bostwick appeared as a priest in the drama Hindsight (1996, with Cyndi Pass) and worked as stand-in on the crime drama The Last Days of Frankie the Fly (1996, with Adam Scott).
