Nonfiction was a broad genre of literature that focused on reference subjects and true happenings.

In 2024, Guinan figured Martin Wells as "the type of guy that orders a bourbon when he really wants a white wine and to cozy up to some boring-ass nonfiction." Wells confirmed she was partially correct, except he preferred sci-fi to nonfiction. (PIC: "Monsters")
