Ni'Var Government

The Ni'Var Government was the ruling body & Government of the reunited Vulcan and Romulan peoples, centered on the planet Ni'Var. It was established sometime before the 31st century to symbolize the cultures of Vulcans & Romulans living together, however at some point later, Ni'Var and its government left the Federation following the Burn. (DIS: "Unification III")

By 3189, the Ni'var Government was concerned over internal issues between Vulcans,Romulans & Romulo-Vulcans (DIS: "Unification III"). In 3189, after assisting the Federation in a skirmish against the Emerald Chain Warship Viridian and a hijacked USS Discovery,Ni'var had begun considering rejoining the Federation. (DIS: "That Hope Is You, Part 2")

in 3190, Ni'Var remained Independent as negotiations continued to rejoin the Federation however it had a Extradition agreement with the Federation. (DIS: "Anomaly (DIS)", "Choose to Live" After negotiations conducted by Spock's adopted sister Michael Burnham and Saru concluded, Ni'Var rejoined the Federation. (DIS: "All Is Possible")

The Structure of the Ni'Var Government was similar to the Governments of The Federation and earlier Vulcan & Romulan Governments such as the Vulcan High Command & the Government of the Romuan Star Empire.The Head of State of the Ni'Var Government was the president of Ni'Var and by by the 3180s,T'Rina served as the president of Ni'Var, while Vulcans,Romulans & Romulo-Vulcans had control of provinces. (DIS: "Unification III")

As of 3190, the Ni'Var Government operated 86 warp-capable ships. (DIS: "Coming Home")
