Ensign Neville was a Starfleet officer who served on the USS Discovery in the late 32nd century.

Neville was killed when a piece of debris impacted Discovery's shuttlebay during the evacuation of Deep Space Repair Beta Six in 3190. (DIS: "Anomaly (DIS)")
