Neighbor

A neighbor was someone who lived in the vicinity of someone else. Neighbors may co-exist in the same neighborhood, or, on a political level, be separated by a border.

In 2380, Ron Docent claimed to say his grandmother used to live near an admiral. (LD: "Cupid's Errant Arrow")
