Nasreldine was a planet that was located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant.

In 2365, the USS Enterprise-D stopped at this planet before leaving for Starbase Montgomery. A crewmember picked up a flu virus here and was subsequently treated in sickbay on the way there. (TNG: "The Icarus Factor")

This planet was only mentioned in dialogue.
