Nancy B. Ohlson

Nancy B. Ohlson, RN, was a Starfleet nurse who served during the Dominion War.

In 2374, her name appeared twice on a casualty list, where she was reported by the USS Akagi as MIA, but was also reported by the USS Zapata as KIA. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight")

This character was only mentioned in writing.
She may possibly be related to fellow listmate Larry A. Ohlson.
