Admiral Nagawa was a Starfleet flag officer in the mid-23rd century.

In 2259, after destroying Bavali Station to protect extradimensional lifeforms inside Bannon's Nebula, Captain Christopher Pike informed Ensign Nyota Uhura that he needed to speak with Nagawa on his private channel. (SNW: "Lost in Translation")
