In a traffic control graphic created for the Starbase Yorktown command center, but not seen in the final copy of Star Trek Beyond, NCV-1539 was the registry number of a starship which visited the base in 2263. This vessel was mentioned in a dock schedule. According to this schedule, after FGNI-592 departed from gate 200 of Arm D Sector 4, the NCV-1539 would dock at this gate.
