Multidimensional beings were lifeforms that existed in a multiple dimensions.

The tardigrade nicknamed "Ripper" was identified as multidimensional creature. For this reason, because a side effect caused from Paul Stamets having had his DNA combined with the tardigrade's, he was capable of existing outside of the time loop created aboard USS Discovery by Harry Mudd.
