Molière comedy

A Molière comedy was a type of holodeck program available on board the USS Voyager.

In 2372, Ensign Harry Kim suggested to a lovesick Lieutenant Tom Paris that the two take in a Molière comedy to help cheer Paris up. (VOY: "Parturition")

According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia, 4th ed., vol. 2, p. 50, this unnamed comedy was written by the French playwright and actor Molière (1622-1673). He was considered as one of the greatest of all writers of French comedy.
