Mofongo con pollo al ajillo (translated from Spanish into English, mofongo with garlic chicken) was a dish from Earth's Caribbean region.

The grandmother of Hugh Culber made this dish in the 23rd century. 900 years later, Culber replicated this dish and shared it with Cleveland Booker. (DIS: "Whistlespeak")
