Background information

• Three covers were produced, a retailer incentive photo cover and two by Joe Corroney (one a pencil drawing version of the other).
• The issue sold an estimated 8,763 copies in comic specialty stores in July 2008. [1] These figures do not cover copies sold on the direct market (bookstores, etc.).
