Mimas

Mimas was a moon of Saturn.

By 2368, the moon was home to emergency evacuation stations for the Academy Flight Range in the Saturnian system. After a flight training accident, Nova Squadron pilots activated their emergency transporters, which were programmed with pre-set coordinates for these stations. (TNG: "The First Duty")

According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia, 4th ed., vol. 2, p. 43, of the major Saturnian moons, Mimas was the closest to the gas giant.
