Milton Richter

Milton Richter was a Human Starfleet officer who lived in the mid-23rd century. He served on the bridge of the USS Discovery as communications officer. (DIS: "The Butcher's Knife Cares Not for the Lamb's Cry")

He was later replaced by Lieutenant Ronald A. Bryce as communications officer. (DIS: "Magic to Make the Sanest Man Go Mad")
