Meteorological record

A meteorological record was a historical record of past weather events and patterns.

In 2376, when the USS Voyager became trapped in orbit of a planet where time was accelerated, The Doctor was sent to the surface to retrieve information, including meteorological records. He memorized the information and returned to Voyager with it. (VOY: "Blink of an Eye")
