Medical record library

The medical record library was a section on the USS Enterprise where medical records were stored.

In 2268, Doctor Leonard McCoy visited the medical record library to learn the reason for Captain James T. Kirk's odd obsession with the dikironium cloud creature. (TOS: "Obsession")
