Medical computer

A medical computer or medi-comp was a device used in the identification of chemical compounds.

In 2268, Doctor Leonard McCoy told Spock on Ekos that he couldn't identify which drug John Gill had been given without a medi-comp. (TOS: "Patterns of Force")
