A meat pie was a type of pie that was filled with meat, rather than fruit.

In 2365, a cart selling "fresh meat pies" was seen trundling past in Sherlock Holmes Program 3A. The seller proclaimed that some pies were meat, while the others were sweet. (TNG: "Elementary, Dear Data")

Another type of meat pie, kidney pie, was mentioned in a deleted scene in TNG: "The Wounded".
