Marco Perretta (born 14 October 1987; age 37) is an actor who played a medical officer in the Star Trek: Discovery first season episodes "The Butcher's Knife Cares Not for the Lamb's Cry", "Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum", and "Vaulting Ambition". He went uncredited for his appearances.

Perretta is currently in a relationship with Discovery actress Jenny Itwaru.
