In a 2151 hallucination, Malcolm Reed confessed that he had never liked his first name, having believed it to sound stuffy. T'Pol, who had asked if she could call him by his first name, then said she thought it was a lovely name, similar to Mol-kom, the Vulcan word for "serenity". Reed then replied that maybe he wouldn't change it after all. (ENT: "Shuttlepod One")
