Lupus

Resembling a wolf, Lupus was a summer constellation visible from Earth's southern hemisphere. Stars in this constellation were located in the Beta Quadrant. (PIC: "Disengage")

The name of this constellation was derived from Alpha Lupi's Bayer designation. In Bayer designation, the name begins with a Greek letter followed by a genitive of the constellation's name.
The Cerberus system was associated with this constellation by the Star Trek: Star Charts ("United Federation of Planets II") which connected this system to Eta Lupi, Eta Lupi was a trinary star system approximately 440 light years from Sol.
