Loudmouth

A loudmouth was a vocal individual who spoke tactlessly or abusively, usually at a high volume.

In 2154, following a confrontation in a San Francisco bar with a patron, Dr. Phlox declined to visit Madame Chang's Mandarin Cafe. Hoshi Sato asked the Denobulan if he was going to allow "some loudmouth in a bar" to ruin his night out. (ENT: "Home")

Later that year, when searching for a missing Phlox, Malcolm Reed also characterized him as a loudmouth in a bar, whom Reed believed was incapable of planning a kidnapping. (ENT: "Affliction")
