Lost Transmissions from the Delta Quadrant is a series of hidden specials (aka "Easter Eggs") found on the DVD releases of Star Trek: Voyager.

VOY Season 1 DVD

Four "easter eggs" can be found on the release of the first season. These are:

An interview with Kate Mulgrew from 3 October 1994 about a scene with Tuvok in "Caretaker". Also included are scenes from "Caretaker".
An interview with Michael Piller from 19 September 2003 about changing the hairstyle of Janeway, including behind the scenes footage from "Caretaker".
An interview with Brannon Braga from 25 August 2003 about the episode "Phage", including several scenes from "Phage".
An interview with Vaughn Armstrong from 9 April 2003 about his character Telek R'Mor in "Eye of the Needle", including several scenes from the episode.
