Lone Eagle Publishing was a publisher of books, databases, and directories related to film and film production. In 1999, it published The Music of Star Trek by Jeff Bond.

In 2000, Lone Eagle was acquired by IFilm. [1] In 2004, VNU Business Publications (later known as The Nielsen Company) acquired Lone Eagle from IFilm. [2] The Nielsen Company organized Lone Eagle alongside its Watson-Guptill Publications book publishing division, which was later acquired by Random House in 2008. [3]
