This patron was a prospective buyer present at Quark's during an auction held there in late 2373, selling artifacts discovered in an old derelict freighter discovered near the Bajor system. During the auction he was sitting between a Bolian waiter and Ensign Kelly. (DS9: "In the Cards")

He was played by an unknown actor. He wore the same wardrobe previously worn on Okalar.
