Levinius V

Levinius V was the inhabited fifth planet of its star system. The planet was located in the Alpha Quadrant and was in the same section of the galaxy as the Beta Portolan system, Theta Cygni XII, Ingraham B, and Deneva.

In the 21st century, this planet was invaded by flying parasites, which had been transported to this planet from the ancient civilizations in the Beta Portolan system. By 2067, the civilization on Levinius V was destroyed in the mass insanity caused by the parasites. The inhabitants transported this parasite over to Theta Cygni XII. (TOS: "Operation -- Annihilate!")

In 2328, this planet was home for the Levinius V Transit Complex. (TNG-R: "Inheritance")

A deleted scene from the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Fight or Flight" mentioned a planet called "Lavinius".
The location of Levinius V was inferred from the known positions of the Theta Cygni and Deneva systems. Levinius V was between Beta Portolan and Theta Cygni on a straight line of invasions by the flying parasites which started at Beta Portolan and ended at Deneva
