Memory fragmentation

Memory fragmentation was a debilitating condition that affected holograms. It was associated with memory loss.

In 2373, USS Voyager's EMH was found to have developed level 4 memory fragmentation. This was because he was not designed to operate for long periods and had been active for two years. (VOY: "The Swarm")
