Ledosian space

Ledosian space was a region of space in the Delta Quadrant, held under the authority of the Ledosians.

In 2378, Tom Paris was required to take a three day flight safety course with examination thereafter. During the test, Paris was given encrypted orders that interfered, causing his instructor that he failed the exam and would "no longer be allowed to operate a vessel within Ledosian space." (VOY: "Natural Law")
