Laura Feder Behr
Laura Feder Behr is a choreographer who was credited for her work on the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episodes "Statistical Probabilities", "His Way", and "Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang" and the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Someone to Watch Over Me". Hilary Shepard Turner commented that she found Behr to be "a fabulous choreographer" when being choreographed for "Statistical Probabilities". (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion, p. 514)
Behr is the wife of Ira Steven Behr and the mother of their two children Roxanne and Jesse. She worked with the AIDS Project Los Angeles, which gave her husband an idea for "The Quickening". Ira Behr also credited his wife for coming up with the idea of having Kira Nerys carry Keiko O'Brien's baby in "Body Parts". Behr commented: "I want Laura Behr to get full credit, in print, for the idea." (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion, pp. 342 & 352)
She appeared in "What You Leave Behind" as a guest in Vic's. [1]
Outside of Star Trek, Behr also choreographed an episode of The 4400 and the TV film Mr. and Mrs. Smith and also appeared in the Fame television series and in the film Dance Academy.
