While preparing to conduct an illegal purchase from the Miradorn twins Ah-Kel and Ro-Kel in 2369, Quark had his brother Rom bring a flask of his special langour for the occasion. (DS9: "Vortex")

A cut line specified langour to specifically be Cardassian Langour. [1]
