Krista Deady (born 10 October 1989; age 35) is a singer, dancer, choreographer and model, who played a Female Kelpien villager in the Star Trek: Short Treks episode "The Brightest Star". She also played an uncredited Klingon in the first season of Star Trek: Discovery. [1]

Hailing from Edmonton, and currently based in Toronto, Deady is best known as a member of the female jazz trio The Willows, singing contralto.
