Kendell Shaffer is an American special effects artist. She worked on the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fourth season episodes "The Visitor" and "Rejoined" as a visual effects coordinator.

Shaffer is from Baltimore. Since her work in visual effects, she was a producer on Nash Bridges, and has written several young adult novels. In addition, she has taught screenwriting to inner city schools in Los Angeles with the Writer's Guild Foundation. [1]
