Kelvas V

Kelvas V was the fifth planet in the Kelvas system. This planet was located inside Cardassian space in a sector of the Alpha Quadrant. It was affiliated with the Cardassian Union.

In 2375, during the Dominion War, Odo contacted one of his contacts on this planet to get information about Dominion activity in the Kelvas system. He learned that within a week the Breen energy-dampening weapons would be installed aboard Jem'Hadar warships at the Kelvas facility. Using this intelligence, a small team of the Cardassian Liberation Front were able to infiltrate the station and steal one of the modified ships. (DS9: "Tacking Into the Wind")

This planet was only mentioned in dialogue.
In the first draft script of "Tacking Into the Wind", this planet was instead named "Semora V".
This planet's quadrant of origin is inferred based on the position of the Cardassian Union as seen in the star chart appearing in the Star Trek: Picard episode "Maps and Legends".
